Holli House This house sleeps 8 and is situated in Duinepark (Witsand) just “accross the road” from the sea (one house in front of you!). You can take wonderful long walks on the sand, do fishing and the children can swim in the tidal pool and experience the sunsets everyday!

You have a partial seaview from the upper deck which has a big wooden balcony. The houses are built close in close proximity.

The house consists of the following:

Ground floor 1 Bedroom (1 x double bed) with a bathroom that has a shower and a bath.

There is an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with an indoor braai.
Upper floor  3 Bedrooms (1 x double bed plus 4 single beds) with a full bathroom.

The house is fully equipped and is self-catering with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding is included but you must bring your own towels.
The house has a lovely enclosed garden where the children can play and be safe.  Outside braai facilities are available.

SABC1, 2, 3, ETV is available with a DVD-player. DSTV is available as well but you must bring your own decoder and card.

Seehuisie This house sleeps 6 and is situated in Duinepark (Witsand) just “accross the road” from the sea (one house in front of you) – you can take wonderful long walks on the sand, do fishing and the children can swim in the tidal pool and experience the sunsets everyday!!

The house is fully equipped and is self-catering with a dishwasher and a washing machine.  The houses are built in close proximity and faces the sea.

DSTV (PVR decoder) is available, you must bring your own PVR 1110-card or DSTV decoder and card.

Louw-Tide This house has a full sea view.  When the sliding door, from the lounge/kitchen/braai area opens . . . one step from the stoep and your toes touch the sand and you can fish all day long!

A tidal pool is in front of the house and you can take long walks along the seaside and see the sunsets and sunrise every day . . . serenity awaits you . . .

Louw-Tide is situated in Duinepark, houses are built close to each other, but you live forward towards the sea.

Ground floor Open plan lounge/kitchen (with dishwasher)/dining room with an indoor braai. There is a laundry room (with a washing machine, tumble dryer, extra freezer) and a bathroom.
Top Floor 3 Bedrooms plus a bathroom (1 x double bed with 7 single beds). Two of the rooms have a full seaview. Bedding is included, please bring your own towels.

SABC1, 2, 3, ETV is installed and DSTV is available.

Whale Tale Cottage Whale Tale Cottage is a beautifully, fully equipped and free standing cottage on a large property, but separate from the main house.

You have your own private garden, complete with a sandpit and grassed area for the kids to play. Within meters of the cottage is a large park with jungle gyms etc.

The house has its own private entrance with parking for at least two cars and a boat. The house consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower. The lounge has a TV with SABC1, 2, 3, ETV already installed. DSTV is available but you must bring your own decoder and card.  Two single beds are available as well.  The house is fully equipped with a self-catering kitchen and an outside braai area. Bedding is included, kindly bring your own towels.

Billy Beach House This lovely house offers you the facility of just walking in front of the house onto the sand and you will find The Anchorage Beach Restaurant and the beach where you can enjoy endless hours of swimming.

This house is big with 4 bedrooms and 2 comfortable bathrooms.  The house sleeps 8 people. There is a lounge and dining room with a large kitchen.

The main bedroom, lounge and kitchen has a full sea view.  Outside the house is a undercover braai.

Bedding is included, please bring your own towels.  DSTV facility is available but you must bring your own card or PVR decoder and PVR1110 card.

River View Cottage This cottage has a front stoep where you can sit all day long and look at the river and beautiful nature and surroundings. It is walking distance to the “Kraaltjie” (where people fishermen launch their boats) and the Breede River Lodge where you can enjoy a sundowner, or have a lovely lunch/supper. The view is absolutely stunning!

There is an open plan self-catering kitchen (with a dishwasher), lounge and a dining room with a full river view.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.  The second bedroom has 3 single beds with an extra mattress and an en-suite bathroom.  Both the rooms enjoy a full river view.  The laundry room has a washing machine.  There is an outdoor braai.  Bedding is included but you must please bring your own towels.

SABC1, 2, 3, ETV is installed and DSTV is available, please bring own decoder and SIM card.

Breede View This house has a full river view. Here are two units next to each other – on the left hand side is Breede View and on the right hand side is River’s Edge.

Breede View has a front stoep where you can sit all day long and look at the river and the beautiful nature and surroundings.  It is walking distance to the “Kraaltjie” where the fishermen launch their boats and the Breede River Lodge where you can enjoy a sundowner or have a lovely lunch or supper.  The view is absolutely stunning.
Breede View has a lounge area with 2 sleeper couches.  The kitchen is fully equipped and self-catering. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 consists of 2 single beds with an en-suite bathroom. A washing machine and tumble dryer is available.  Bedding is supplied, kindly bring your own towels.

A portable stainless steel braai is available which you can move where you want.
